Dixie leads on institutional fundraising at Reprieve, overseeing fundraising and grants management from trusts and foundations, and government sources.
Prior to joining Reprieve, Dixie worked for Minority Rights Group International where she led on designing new programmes to secure the rights of marginalised religious, ethnic and linguistic minorities, and indigenous peoples, across the world. Prior to that she was the Programme Lead at Global Partners Digital for promoting human rights in the internet environment, through civil society capacity building, policy research and advocacy.
Dixie has an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick, and an MA in Understanding and Securing Human Rights from the Institute of Commonwealth Studies, University of London
