Mark Arnold

Mark Arnold is a British national currently on trial in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

He was arrested on 25 August 2008, following the disappearance of his ex-girlfriend, Kerry Winter, on 20 August. Whilst police are yet to find a body, Mark has been charged with premeditated murder, and his trial is ongoing.

Unlike trials in the UK or USA, the trial in Dubai is conducted one hearing at a time, with the hearings separated by as much as a month. This means that although Mark’s trial started in May, it is still in the early stages of the prosecution case.
