Chloe Davies

Chloe studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University and from 2003-4 took a Masters in Violence, Conflict and Development at the School of Oriental and African Studies. In between she lived and worked in Barcelona for 9 months to try to learn Spanish and write a story. Since then she worked for www.opendemocracy.net opening and extending the debate around an International Summit on Democracy, Terrorism and Security, taking place in Madrid a year after the 11 March train bombings. She then worked to help build an international network of activists responding to terrorist and counter-terrorist threats (www.citizensagainst.terror.net) before joining Reprieve to investigate secret prisons and rendition.
