Caroline studied law at Stockholm University in Sweden graduating in 2003. In 2004/2005 she completed a seven month Reprieve volunteer placement at the Gulf Region Advocacy Center (GRACE) in Houston, Texas, working on a number of death penalty cases in both Texas and Louisiana. Caroline joined the Reprieve staff in October 2006 and focuses on the cases of British nationals facing the death penalty and Reprieve's advocacy programmes..
